Good location 10 minutes from Times Square Causeway Bay. Clean rooms, great staff servicee. Rooms were a little small for my taste, but I understand that the majority of hotels in the area are fashioned the same way. |

Staff is helpful The hotel is at the side of main ring road, difficult to cross the street, have to use flyover which if difficult for senior travellers. But for general travellers, good location. |

Location and convenience they only placed drinking water into the room once and also did not place any soap after the first day. |

it was just so posh...hahaha..not what i'm used to but it's good to see how the other half live occasionally....;-) No black tea in the room...only green. Ans milk for tea would have been lkovely rather than 'coffee mate'..but that really is nit picking |

location was very good, taxis usually outisde room smelled of smoke. Double room requested at booking was not available on check in, later rectified. |
